I took this photo by accident but I actually really like it. I'm supposed to be at the theatre today but instead I'm snowed in. A reminder to me that not everything goes to plan and it's OK tro change plans. I'm drinking hot chocolate, enjoying TV shows on the sofa. Maybe this is the reminder I needed to take things slower and listen to my body. As I always say, Rest Is Productive! As Always, Go Gently

Happy New Year, everyone! At the start of the week I had the chance to slow down at catch up with friends. It was much needed and reminded me how worthwhile taking time to rest and recharge is. One of my favourite phrases I often use with clients is "Rest Is Productive" so I was taking my own advice.
